New Idea

Don't hate me... I haven't blogged in a while, I know. But no one reads it anyway, so I sort of gave up. But I decided that that was a crap excuse, so I came up with a new idea. Adding more make-up, hair and nail things to my blog. *TADAHHH* Not that great of an idea, but for some reason I have been really into make-up, hair and nails recently. So, I will start that soon. Even though no one reads this. But, I'm off to Barcelona tomorrow morning, so I won't be able to blog for a while. I'll be in Barcelona until Tuesday, and then I will be in Istanbul from Tuesday to Friday. I will also add more travelling stuff to this blog, since I seem do a lot of it.

I feel really bad. I haven't blogged in over 2 months... High school's a bitch. Nothing any middle school teacher does can prepare you for the punch in the face that you get your first semester of high school. Now, I know I've already posted about this a lot, but it really pisses me off. I'm dreading what the first semester of the IB will be like in 11th grade. I'm so excited... (please note the sarcasm) Anyway, I've sort of been cheating on this blog with tumblr... please don't hate me. I told myself that I wouldn't become addicted. Apparently I have no will power.. High School

Again, I am sooooo sorry that I haven't posted in forever. High school is a bit harder than I expected... Going from middle school to high school is like a big slap in the face. And the worst part is that my school is trying to "prepare" us for college before any of us are ready to even think about that. During the first week of school, our college counselor gave us a speech about our "plan". What is the plan? It's basically everything that we need to do this year to make sure that we are prepared to apply to university in two years. It needs to include:

1. What summer courses/volunteer programs/summer jobs we want to get into or do
2. What we want to study in university
3. What University we want to go to or at least what countries we are going to apply in
4. What we need to do to make sure that we are able to study that subject and get into that university

Now, this list of course is only supposed to be mental, but I wouldn't be surprised if our ticket out of school for the summer was a piece of paper with exactly those things on it. Well it's Autumn break now, so I should be happier the next time I post.

Day 30: What affect has Harry Potter had on your life and how much does it mean to you?

Well, Harry Potter is my childhood. It's as simple as that. I remember waking up with my mom and sisters at midnight, and going to the bookstore in our small town in England just to be the first ones to get the newest Harry Potter books. I remember dragging my parents to every movie, and getting extremely upset when my friends saw one of the movies before me. And only a few months ago, when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two came out, I remember being almost in tears when I found out that my flight to visit my friend was the morning of the day that the movie came out, and I was going to miss the midnight showing at the cinema. Without Harry Potter, my life would be quite boring, since 75% of the things I think about are either Harry Potter, or Harry Potter related. And it's sort of weird, and this will make me sound like such a loser, but Harry, Ron and Hermione almost feel like childhood friends to me. They were more than just characters in books an movies. They were and will always be my fictional friends and heroes. Aww I'm crying right now, and I feel like such a nerd, but even though it's over, Harry Potter will always be a part of my life.

YES! I thought it was so funny! I love Lauren Lopez, she's hilarious!

Day 28: Do you listen to Wizard Wrock? What do you think about it?

Ok, this is makes me sound really stupid, but I've been on their website so many times, and I can't figure out how to listen to it.

Day 27: Would you rather own the Invisibility Cloak, the Resurrection Stone or the Elder Wand?

The Invisibility Cloak.

P.S, sorry I've been MIA, the first couple of weeks of being a Freshman suck.

Day 26: If you could be able to work one spell without a wand, what would it be?

Day 25: Nineteen years later. Are you happy with the way things turned out, or do you wish something was different?

I wish Luna and Neville had gotten married. I love both of them!

Day 24: Any scene you wished would have been put in the movie but wasn't?

Not really.

Day 23: Any part of the books/movies that made you cry?

Oh this is a long list:

• When Dobby died
• When Fred died
• When Sirius died
• When Albus Dumbledore died
• When Severus Snape died
• When they executed Buckbeak
• At the very end of every movie
• When Harry died and went and spoke with Dumbledore again
• Right before Harry died when he got to see his mother and Sirius again
• When they say goodbye to their kids at the end of the last movie.

I could go on for about 4 more pages, but I think this is enough.

Day 22: Harry Potter or Twilight?

HARRY POTTER! Harry Potter was the end of an era. Twilight was the end of an error.

Day 21: Out of all of the characters that died, if you could bring one back, who would it be?

Either Fred Weasley or Albus Dumbledore.

Day 20: If you had to meet one member of the cast, who would it be?

Emma Watson. She sounds so cool!
